1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "oksgame," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the oksgame platform and its operating entity, accessible at oksgame.app.
• "Platform" refers to the oksgame website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features available at oksgame.app.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the oksgame Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the oksgame Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a User's oksgame Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification using government-issued documentation.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the oksgame Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by oksgame, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and oksgame with respect to your use of the Platform and supers ede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and oksgame relating to the same subject matter.

Your continued use of the oksgame Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the oksgame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of oksgame, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the oksgame Platform or any other gaming platform for violations of applicable terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

oksgame reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by oksgame may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the oksgame Platform, you must register for an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will keep your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• You will not share, transfer, or sell your Account to any other person.
• You will notify oksgame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

oksgame permits only one Account per person. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

oksgame reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time oksgame deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID) and proof of address.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

oksgame accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally processed instantly. oksgame does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

oksgame does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• oksgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Credits and winnings derived solely from Bonus Credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

oksgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. oksgame reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• oksgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus systems — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonus Credits cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the oksgame Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

oksgame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed during play.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, oksgame will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. oksgame's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

oksgame reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that is found to have been affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oksgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oksgame staff or other players.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from oksgame.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the oksgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of oksgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

The oksgame name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of oksgame. You may not use any oksgame trademark without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data

oksgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

oksgame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and oksgame cannot guarantee absolute security.

oksgame may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies, where required by applicable law or regulation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oksgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

oksgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oksgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oksgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

oksgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting oksgame customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Responsible Gaming

oksgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the oksgame Platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to oksgame's customer support team for informal resolution. oksgame will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may also apply where oksgame operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

15. Amendments to These Terms

oksgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, oksgame will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at oksgame.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the oksgame Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
